Order processing & Delivery Time: 

Orders typically take one working day to process. Those received between Monday to Saturday are processed and dispatched on the same day, while orders placed after 4:30 PM are processed the next working day. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are handled on the next working day.

Order delivery takes 2 to 3 working days once dispatched. 

Additionally, all orders require phone verification from the customer before processing.

We will gladly accept any unused, unwashed and undamaged merchandise with original packing and tags of your purchase for an exchange or a return.

• We will gladly accept any unused item within 7 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
• Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. 
• Delivery Charges will not be refunded. 
• Return shipment charges will be paid by the customer
• Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
